Equipment Related Maintenance Tasks

We base all of our planned maintenance tasks on the recommendations provided by the equipment manufacturer.

Maintenance Service Frequency

• We also assess the surrounding environment, usage and demands of the equipment for a proper adjustment of the service frequencies.
• We will make report recommendations on equipment servicing adjustments based upon the equipment’s ageing, environment and demands as necessary. The goal is to prevent failures.

Structuring the Agreement to Meet your Business Needs

Documentation

As we perform maintenance, we document and record our readings with data, checklists and pictures (if permitted). We record the equipment’s performance in the event that adjustments to service frequencies, repair suggestions and even equipment replacement need to be addressed. We store this information and have it available for our customers to review and help make an informed decision when needed. We can also create and submit detailed reports for assurance that we are doing our job and for the customer to have a copy of their maintenance history
